name is Jacqueline Harbinson and I have been a registered childminder
with the Foyle Health and Social Services Trust since November 2002 and
am currently a member of the Northern Ireland Childminding Association.
I
have been awarded a City & Guilds Commitment to Learning Award
in recognition of my professional development in attaining
the National Vocational Qualification Early Years Care and
Education Level 3 in February 2006. The units within this qualification
include:

at Level 3 delivered by Northern Ireland Childminding Association. The
standards used for NCMA Quality First show that children they look
